Salesman was excellent

WOW! Not even sure where to start. The team at Vance Chevy was simply marvelous! Stevie, Mat, Fritchey, John, Truman, Haden, Colton, Armani, Eric, Avin, Michael, Jeff, and the service center was just simply marvelous to work with and I’ll be sure to send all my friends and family to them! They treated me just like family and loved having me there!

Easy going, no pressure.

The service was great! But it was only a oil change.. very pleased

8:30 am appointment for an oil change, I was there until 10:30. Mind you I was the only one in the waiting area. I’m no mechanic but 2 hours for an oil change is ridiculous. The oil life was never reset but it usually isn’t. Top it off I should have gotten $18 and some change back as my total was $81 and some odd cents, and I paid with a $100 bill, I got $8 and change back. I didn’t realize that mistake until I was almost home and wasn’t about to head back to Miami for $10. If I wasn’t required by the warranty to bring the vehicle to Vance for servicing I most likely wouldn’t.

very slow service, I scheduled to have my oil changed, tires rotated, and cab filter changed, it took over an hour and a half and they did not rotate my tires.

It was good

The service department here at Vance Chevrolet is so greatly improved. I would not choose any other service Department for my Corvette. They treat me like a valued customer every time. Who ever is in charge of the service departments at both it and the Jeep dealership in Miami need to be recognized for choosing the right people to work in those departments. They are so accommodating and I never wonder anymore about what condition my vehicle will be returned. They take so much stress out of the whole visit to the service department.

The problem I came in to fix wasn’t fixed

Scheduled picking up my vehicle Monday morning, didn't happen, no call or conact. Cheryl saw to it I was taken care of Tuesday with great communication. She is a great asset to Vance, much better than Josh ever thought of being.

Greeted as soon as I entered the service dept. kept me apprised of what was being done. In and out in 30 minutes.

Where should I start? Cheryl, Jason, Tommy, Larry, and all the boys back in service are amazing individuals! My truck came in damaged from the factory and these amazing humans got me hooked up in no time! I would never get my truck serviced anywhere else because these are the only hands I would trust touching my expensive piece of merchandise. The GM plant needs to come meet these people and shake their hands and then give them a very big paycheck for taking care of their plant manufacturing screw ups! Thank you so much Vance Chevrolet service team. You all are rock stars!!!!!!

Charged fees I was unaware of prior to service. They did not keep parts and packaging for me as requested. They broke my key fob and denied any responsibility. Called me a liar. Treated very poorly, certainly not treated as a valued customer.

I received frequent texts concerning the status of my vehical's service. I also enjoyed the coffee and waiting area. The Service Manager updated me on his efforts to expedite the order for the repair kit for my truck's "oil canning" roof.

First time having oil change there. Asked if they vacuumed vehicles with oil changes. Was basically told no that they didn’t have time. Thought it was kind of ridiculous to pay $105 for an oil change & tire rotation & not have the car vacuumed also. Used to get oil changes with previous vehicle somewhere else & they always vacuumed vehicles. With this vehicle I have to have services at dealership or it voids the warranty. When purchasing my used (2023) vehicle did not even get a full tank of gas or all of the floor mats. Would not budge on price at all. Overall the dealership is ok, but I would not say I had a great experience.

Extremely professional and knowledgeable staff regarding all my needs. Armani in the Sales Dept. to Jason in Service, everyone was friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Vance for all sales & service needs for your personal & business needs.

the service dept was great, made recommendations and did service quickly. while i was waiting i walked up to showroom the reception was polite but the blonde lady sitting beside her was rude told me they were trying to work would I leave so they could work, i had questions for one of the sales men but I left because of her and will ask family not to buy from the dealership
